Manuel Contreras Caro, CEO of Grupo Azvi, and Domingo Pérez and César Domínguez, Azvi's respective heads of Innovation and the Railway Area, were given a comprehensive overview of Ceit's research activity by José Mª Rodriguez Ibabe, Ceit's President, and Juan Meléndez, Ceit's Director General.

The CEO of the Azvi Group, a company dedicated to the construction, development and promotion of infrastructure and public service projects, expressed his satisfaction at the degree of technology development and the level of applicability he encountered at Ceit, highlighting the research center's level of expertise in the railway sector, noting "it is a leading center in Spain in matters of railway maintenance and construction, which has impressed us very positively".

Contreras Caro also underscored Azvi's commitment to technological innovation and sustainability, which has allowed the company to implement them in markets in northern Europe with a high degree of success.

For Juan Meléndez, these visits help Ceit bring their technological offer to relevant market players such as the Azvi Group, with whom “we have developed an exchange of beneficial and enriching experiences”.
