Additive manufacturing

At Ceit, we specialize in every stage of additive manufacturing and powder metallurgy. We develop comprehensive solutions that cover everything from the research and development of new materials in the form of metallic or ceramic powders, to the optimization of advanced processes using state-of-the-art technologies. Our expertise spans both additive techniques and conventional powder consolidation processes, enabling us to design solutions tailored to the functional, mechanical, and economic requirements of each client.

We work on the design, processing and optimisation of innovative materials, geared towards meeting the demand of complex environments and applications. Our research ranges from the design of new alloys to their characterisation and validation. Mechanical design and assessment

We research and develop solutions for the design and optimization of machinery and metallic manufacturing processes, ranging from conventional technologies such as forging and forming to advanced methods like binder jetting, sinter-HIP, and metal injection molding. Our expertise focuses on advanced modelling of mechanical systems — including dynamics, vibrations, tribology, and fatigue — and the analysis of the mechanical behaviour of materials under various operating conditions.

Using analytical and numerical models, we develop turnkey simulation tools designed to integrate into industrial environments such as digital twins and predictive maintenance systems, driving efficiency, reliability, and technological transformation in the industry.

We have been providing technological support and solutions for over 40 years to companies involved in steel forming, with a view to boosting competitiveness.
